Child Safety Standards

Playsenger is dedicated to ensuring a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users. We maintain an uncompromising, zero-tolerance stance against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Playsenger strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, transmission, promotion, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any form of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Any attempt to utilize Playsenger for these malicious purposes constitutes a direct violation of our Terms of Service and applicable international criminal law.

2. Immediate Action and Account Termination

Upon detection, user report, or alert regarding content suspected of depicting, facilitating, or promoting CSAM/CSAE:

• Immediate Removal: The objectionable content and associated media are immediately quarantined and removed from the platform.
• Permanent Ban: The offending user's account is permanently terminated without notice, and access to all related credentials and devices is permanently blocked.

3. Law Enforcement & Regulatory Reporting (NCMEC)

In compliance with international obligations and statutory mandates:

• Playsenger reports all confirmed or suspected instances of CSAM/CSAE to relevant law enforcement agencies and specialized child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• We actively preserve relevant logs and forensic data to cooperate fully with lawful criminal investigations.

4. Reporting CSAM/CSAE Content

Users who encounter or suspect any content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse can immediately report it through multiple channels:

• In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button available on any challenge, game, or user profile.
• Dedicated Email: Contact our moderation and safety team directly at support@playsenger.com with the subject line "Urgent: Child Safety Report". All such reports receive immediate, prioritized investigation.
