1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Playsenger (the mobile app or website), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use & Zero Tolerance Policy

You agree not to use Playsenger to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or invasive of another person's privacy. Playsenger enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

3. User Generated Content & Moderation (EULA)

By using the application, you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA). All users have access to in-app reporting and blocking mechanisms. Any reported objectionable content or abusive behavior will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting or suspending the user responsible for it.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Playsenger service, including games, software, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Playsenger.

5. Limitation of Liability

Playsenger provides services on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
