1. Security Modes & Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Playsenger offers two distinct challenge distribution modes to give senders total control over their privacy:

• High Security Mode (App Vault): Secret messages and private photos are encrypted client-side using industry-standard AES-256 before leaving your device. Decryption keys are never stored on our servers in plaintext and challenges can only be decrypted locally inside the native Playsenger mobile application.

• Web Playable Mode (Instant In-Browser Play): When senders explicitly choose to enable browser play for frictionless social sharing, challenge and game data are transmitted securely over TLS to allow instant in-browser playback without requiring recipient app installation.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect or store unencrypted message content. When you create an account, we may store your user identifier, email address (if provided for authentication), and transactional engagement metadata (such as challenge completion status).

3. Data Security

All communication between your device and our servers is secured via TLS 1.3 encryption. Private encryption keys are generated client-side and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers in plaintext.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as Apple App Store and Google Play Services for distribution) adhering to strict privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
